The love of wood fired food and wine. The name Firevine was the union of two of my favorite experiences Cooking with “fire” and Drinking and Eating from the “vine.” The first time I experienced a traditional wood fired pizza, I was hooked, it sparked a passion for this timeless tradition and the idea of firevine was born. After hosting many build your own pizza/wine party’s at our home for friends and relatives, we considered opening a traditional restaurant with a wood-fired oven. The idea evolved into a custom built authentic mobile wood fired oven so we can bring our passion and this experience to the masses. We are Firevine serving Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, El Dorado, Napa Counties and The Bay Area. The combinations of the wood smoked flavor, the cooking properties of a wood fired oven and local organic toppings truly creates an amazing pizza. Firevine is a sustainable green organization. We use eco-friendly products biodegradable and compostable plates, cups and cutlery.
